Full INVENTOR models and animations of tooling and machinery can be supplied thereby ensuring customer confidence of a successful outcome prior to any machining or material being cut.

 

With specifically designated work areas for Roll Forming machine builds and maintenance Hero Way ensures all parts can be assembled in the fastest time without affecting accuracy and the quality of the workmanship.

Where required new roll tooling can be tested prior to delivery to ensure full accuracy to drawing and customer requirements. This is reinforced with Hero Way in-house inspection facility, Co-ordinate measuring facilities and software to an accuracy of 0.001mm, Lloyds tensile testing machinery capable of operating up to loads of 1000kg and Mitutoyo Rockwell hardness testing equipment ensure that all parts or work can be adequately inspected prior to despatch thereby minimising customer defects.
