With expert capabilities in producing tube and pipe mill roll tooling, JiangSu Hero Way Rolling Co., Ltd. provides our customers with custom tooling capable of producing, straightening, rolling, or bending tubing and pipe. We also offer reconditioning, rebuild, retrofit, and refurbishing of existing tube and pipe mill roll tooling. Our custom rolls are suitable for tube and pipe from 1/8" to 24" in diameter, with up to 5/8" wall thickness, and rolls can be manufactured using various, magnetic and non-magnetic steel or other metals. Rubber and urethane coatings are also available.

 

Hero Way roll tooling can be manufactured to work with most any metal tube material: alloy steels, Inconel, lead, magnesium, stainless steel, nickel, and many, many more.
