HeroWay’s staff of tooling engineers has a lot of experience in the design of complex roll formed shapes, tube and pipe needs.  We utilize this experience, along with the latest CAD software, to design the tooling specific to each application.  In addition, all the tooling that is designed by HeroWay is made by HeroWay. We have a complete machine shop equipped with state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC turning centers, EDM machines, and high speed finishing lathes.

 

Finally, HeroWay has a variety of roll formers at our facility to test tooling sets prior to shipment. This testing service ensures that the tooling is capable of producing parts that meet expectations far before the tooling ships. In addition to the design and manufacture of new and replacement tooling, HeroWay also provides an extensive service of regrinds, for the tube and pipe industry, as well as high volume roll forming and flux cored wire applications.  In addition to regrind services, HeroWay can provide value added engineering, to apply wear resistant coatings, or modify designs of existing tooling sets, to accommodate new material requirements.
